Jagatsinghpur, October 28: With the Odisha government prioritising its zero-casualty mission ahead of the impending cyclone, senior administrative and police officials on Wednesday inspected vulnerable coastal areas in Jagatsinghpur district to assess preparedness, evacuation arrangements and the availability of essential facilities at cyclone shelters.
